Rising Australian electronic artist re:abel has kicked off 2025 with his Flying Colours EP, a three-track release that highlights his signature blend of minimalism and atmospheric depth. Out now via Mammal Sounds Records, the EP pays tribute to the underground UK dance scene while carving out a distinct sonic identity.

Produced by: re:abel

Featuring the previously released singles ‘Flying Colours’ and ‘Leaves,’ alongside the brand-new track ‘Redshift,’ the EP explores a spectrum of electronic influences, moving from deep, haunting textures to immersive club-ready soundscapes. re:abel’s ability to balance minimal and maximal elements creates a nice cohesive listening experience that is both intricate and hypnotic.

Describing ‘Redshift,” re:abel explains:

“I aimed for a minimal and atmospheric sound, creating an almost haunted vibe throughout the track. Built around ghostly vocals and a deep bassline, it’s the kind of track I imagined hearing in an abandoned nightclub, where only echoes of dancers remain.”

With Flying Colours under his belt, re:abel is an artist to watch in 2025 and beyond.
