Ritt Momney sets the stage for BASE with ‘RIGHTBACK’ and ‘CAT’
Ritt Momney releases new singles ‘RIGHTBACK’ and ‘CAT’ ahead of his new album BASE, out February 27th.
Both songs offer insight into the themes that shape BASE. ‘RIGHTBACK’ finds Rutter candidly speaking to a loved one about getting back on track, while ‘CAT’ centers on the painful process of reinvention. ‘CAT’ arrives alongside a visualizer made with stop motion animation and shot entirely with a paper scanner, while ‘RIGHTBACK’ is available to stream now.
Rutter says:
“I was starting to feel like I was making music because I had to. but then I realized, I didn’t have to do anything I didn’t want to.”
BASE is out February 27th. ‘RIGHTBACK’ and ‘CAT’ are available now to stream on all major platforms.
