Metal Bubble Trio unveils tender new single ‘Love, Please Don’t Be Long’
Metal Bubble Trio, the latest project from Andrew Dost, has released their new single, ‘Love, Please Don’t Be Long,’ a highlight from their upcoming debut album Cucumber, set to drop on January 17, 2025.
Described as “a blissed-out swirl of psychedelic pop” by Under the Radar, ‘Love, Please Don’t Be Long’ captures the joy of simplicity in love. The song is an ode to the tender connections that make everyday moments extraordinary, rendered through delicate instrumentation and vivid lyrics.
Dost reflects on its origins, explaining:
“This song took shape during a very happy moment in a relationship – we found something very good and easy, and as I say in the song, ‘You, me, and the dog: it’s like we found a four-leaf clover in the lawn.'”
‘Love, Please Don’t Be Long’ is now available on your favorite DSP.
