MarMar returns with the euphoric and emotional ‘You’re My One’
American-French producer MarMar returns with ‘You’re My One,’ a vibrant new single featuring Australian artist arnii, out now on all streaming platforms.
Following recent singles ‘Sobers Me’ and ‘Missing Me,’ MarMar’s latest release continues to explore his fusion of electronic genres, this time blending infectious dance rhythms with UKG and future-house influences. ‘You’re My One’ is a bright and emotive track, driven by arnii’s captivating vocals and lyricism, which add a heartfelt narrative to MarMar’s polished production.
MarMar shares:
“This song has been a special idea to me for such a long while. I knew it needed vocals, so I actually wrote and recorded some a bit ago that didn’t make the cut. It’s funny because some of the vocal chops actually made it into the final. I knew I had to bring arnii on board to write and record something. We decided to create this story of a girl who is kinda explaining to her friends that, after a long string of bad relationships, she’s found her ‘One.’ Then later in the song, it shifts to her talking to this guy, telling him how she feels and how she loves who he is.”
