Rising Florida shoegaze band Leaving Time has released the title track from their upcoming debut album, Angel In The Sand, set to arrive on November 1, 2024, via Sunday Drive Records.

‘Angel In The Sand’ is a lush, atmospheric exploration of the band’s signature sound, blending heavy, distorted guitars with lyrics that delve into existential themes. The song embodies the band’s emotional depth, focusing on the idea of finding meaning in the trivial while embracing the absurdity of existence.

Frontman Reed Cothren reflects:

“‘Angel In The Sand’ is about casting aside the practicality of everyday life to pursue the trivial things which give meaning to one’s self. Accepting and embracing the absurdity and infinity of existence.”

‘Angel In The Sand’ is out now. Their upcoming debut album, Angel In The Sand, is set to arrive on November 1, 2024, via Sunday Drive Records.
