Eden Rain explores self-worth on reflective new single ‘Who I’ve Touched’

Eden Rain returns with ‘Who I’ve Touched,’ a deeply personal and introspective new single, available now via APOLLO Distribution. Produced by Shute (Chloe Slater), the track sees the rising UK artist untangle themes of self-worth and identity in her signature raw and intimate style.
Opening softly before building to a poignant realization, ‘Who I’ve Touched’ blends layered instrumentation with Eden’s evocative storytelling. The song explores the pursuit of male validation, a theme that resonates with many and showcases Eden’s ability to craft deeply relatable narratives. With her unique voice and heartfelt lyrics, she continues to solidify her place as one of the UK’s most compelling new artists.
Reflecting on the song, Eden shared:
“I wrote this song with Shute, and it kind of tumbled out of me before I even realised what I was writing. It is about self-worth, identity, and the way we let other people define us without even realising it. Admittedly it’s a little bitter, but mostly it’s me untangling the idea that I’m only as valuable as the people who want me. I definitely struggled with male validation more than I realised growing up, and this song helped me unpick a lot of that.”
The release follows a standout year for Eden, including the success of her third EP, Anyway, how are you?, critically acclaimed headline shows and an appearance at BBC Radio 1’s Future Artists show opening for English Teacher.
With more new music and live performances on the horizon, ‘Who I’ve Touched’ marks another powerful chapter in Eden Rain’s evolving artistry, promising an exciting year ahead for the rising star.
