Damiano David unveils infectious new single ‘Voices’ ahead of debut solo album

Damiano David has officially launched his solo era with the release of his new single, ‘Voices.’
A shimmering and anthemic slice of melodic pop, ‘Voices’ introduces Damiano’s journey through sound and emotion. The instantly catchy track explores the internal battles he’s faced, providing a bold opening to his upcoming debut solo album, Funny Little Fears, which arrives May 16 via Sony Music Italy / Arista. The single follows previously released tracks ‘Next Summer,’ ‘Born With A Broken Heart,’ and ‘Silverlines,’ all of which will also appear on the album.
Speaking on the single, Damiano said:
“‘VOICES’ is about my inner battle—everything that pulled me away from myself and from really understanding what I wanted… and more importantly, what I didn’t want. This song is the final piece before the full story unfolds with the album. Funny Little Fears is basically my emotional diary from this past year. Writing it helped me work through some deep emotional blocks and anxiety, and let me show a more personal, maybe unexpected, side of myself—both musically and as a person. Releasing ‘VOICES’ before the album feels like opening the last door, inviting everyone into my inner world, without fear.”
Fans can catch ‘Voices’ live when Damiano embarks on a massive global tour later this year. Spanning 34 dates across five continents, the 2025 tour includes sold-out shows and additional performances in cities such as London and New York, in response to overwhelming demand. He’ll also make festival appearances this summer, including stops at Lollapalooza Chicago, Bonnaroo in Tennessee, and the Seoul Jazz Festival—marking his first-ever performance in South Korea.
‘Voices’ is available to stream now. Funny Little Fears arrives May 16.
