Beach Weather breaks a sweat during the ‘Hottest Summer on Record’
Platinum-certified, alt-rock band Beach Weather gets caught in the midst of a love-fueled heatwave on their new single ‘Hottest Summer On Record,’ out now via Arista Records.
Laced with pulsing beats and infectious melodies, Beach Weather’s latest single, ‘Hottest Summer on Record’ proves that the band can handle the heat.
Guitarist Sean Silverman explains more about the origin of the track:
“‘Hottest Summer On Record’ came about after a trip to Joshua Tree and taking mushrooms for the first time. It was the perfect summer day that felt more like a mirage than reality. When we got back to Phoenix, Nick and I had been working on a few other starts but this one really stood out. There’s this great tension release in the build-up to the chorus that sort of felt reminiscent of getting to the apex of this amazing trip where you are equal parts euphoric and nervous that it would end.”
‘Hottest Summer on Record’ is out now on your favorite DSP.
