Leatherette warm up with new single ‘Cold Hands’ ahead of upcoming album Ritmo Lento’
Italian indie band Leatherette has shared their latest single ‘Cold Hands,’ out now via Bronson Recordings. The release arrives ahead of the band’s upcoming third album Ritmo Lento, due out November 28, 2025.
Built on three essential chords and influenced by contemporary shoegaze, ‘Cold Hands’ alternates between skeletal guitar lines and more massive, layered moments. A stubborn toy flute ostinato runs throughout, giving the track an unexpected sense of playfulness amid its emotional gravity. Sparse yet vibrant, the single thrives on contrast—lightness and melancholy, momentum and stillness. It captures the struggle of accepting the fading of feelings when clarity can no longer fill the void left by habit. The result is a fleeting yet resonant song that lingers long after it ends.
‘Cold Hands’ is available now on all streaming platforms. Ritmo Lento arrives November 28 via Bronson Recordings.
