Thundercat releases ‘Upside Down’ cover in collaboration with Candy Crush Saga
Grammy-winning artist Thundercat returns with a vibrant new cover of ‘Upside Down,’ released in partnership with Candy Crush Saga® and out now via Brainfeeder. The collaboration launches the game’s latest Music Season, blending sound, visuals, and interactivity into a multisensory experience.
The reimagined track invites fans to step into Thundercat’s colorful sonic world through a playable music video, where players can match visuals to the rhythm, unlocking bursts of color and rhythm-based surprises. In addition, the campaign introduces limited-edition bone-conduction lollipops—a playful twist that lets fans literally “taste the beat.” The release follows Thundercat’s recent singles ‘I Wish I Didn’t Waste Your Time’ and ‘Children of the Baked Potato’ (feat. Remi Wolf).
