3 New Albums Out This Week You Should Listen to Now: Baxter Dury, Ho99o9, and WILDES

There’s so much good music out in the ether that sometimes it’s difficult to parse through all of it. Every week The Daily Music Report will do the hard work for you and highlight the best releases available on streaming services.
This week we’re highlighting new music from Baxter Dury, Ho99o9, and WILDES.
Baxter Dury – Allbarone
Written and recorded quickly at Paul Epworth’s Church Studios in London, Baxter Dury’s ninth studio album Allbarone marks a shift toward dance-driven pop. Inspired by Charli XCX’s Brat and his collaboration with Fred Again.., the album was released via Heavenly Recordings and features guest vocals from JGrrey alongside contributions from Fabienne Débarre, Georgie Jesson, and others. Preceded by the singles ‘Allbarone,’ ‘Return of the Sharp Heads,’ ‘Schadenfreude,’ and ‘Mockingjay,’ the album was produced by Epworth and mixed by David Wrench.
Standout Songs: ‘Albarone,’ ‘Schadenfreude,’ ‘Alpha Dog,’ and ‘Return Of The Sharp Heads.’

Ho99o9 – Tomorrow We Escape
Ho99o9’s latest album marks a bold evolution for the genre-defying act, blending hip-hop, punk, hardcore, industrial, and metal into a high-energy, chaotic, and deeply personal statement. The record explores themes of liberation, self-expression, personal growth, and survival, while adding layers of introspection and vulnerability not always present in their earlier work. Combining newly written material with reworked demos, the album features standout collaborations with Nova Twins, Greg Puciato, Chelsea Wolfe, Pink Siifu, and Yung Skrrt. It is Ho99o9’s most focused and mature effort to date, showcasing strong songwriting, dynamic production, and a cohesive sound that balances their aggression with emotional depth.
Standout Songs: ‘Escape,’ ‘Target Practice,’ and ‘Upside Down.’

WILDES – All We Do Is Feel
London-based singer-songwriter WILDES returns with her second album, All We Do Is Feel. Co-written and produced with her best friend Elena Garcia in Garcia’s childhood home, the album is led by the single ‘All I Get’—a liberating reflection on loss, growth, and abundance. The record leans into electronic textures inspired by Boards of Canada, Sylvan Esso, and Samia, with almost no organic instruments. Infused with EDM’s escapist glow, the production is shared equally between the duo, with mixing also handled by WILDES and Garcia, mastering by Shawn Joseph, artwork by Freya Hudson, and vinyl design by Harriet Waters.
Standout Songs: ‘Wipe Away The Tears,’ ‘Breeze, All I Get,’ and ‘Without A Heart.’
